Concresca treats correction as a graph operation. Changing one message or report is not enough when routing, reviewed memory, knowledge, profiles, governance records, feeds, caches, or receipts still carry the old state.

The receipt identifies origin, reason, authority, before/after claim state, scope, timing, targets, target-level outcomes, appeal, expiry, and limitations. The original remains available or receives an attributable tombstone where auditability requires it, while unnecessary personal and cognitive data is minimized.
