Executive result
V0.38 implements strict local evidence machinery but receives no authorized infrastructure, database, MATM, Passenger, staging, participation, or cutover input. The release remains WIP.
Signed intake
Twenty-one layers and 336 controlled propositions are evaluated independently. Raw content, private paths, account names, addresses, credentials, unknown fields, duplicate keys, invalid signatures, and open permissions are rejected.
Semantic restore
Content-free snapshots prove that old backups cannot silently revive expired inquiry state, corrected records, revoked credentials, expired authority, or untracked active rows.
MySQL/MariaDB
Four separate database roles and private configurations are required. Preflight is local only; no connection or SQL execution occurred.
Authentic MATM
Routes require exact archive member and source-line evidence. Candidate routes remain non-authentic while the archive is absent.
Receipts and anti-ratchet
Ten content-free receipt types and ten hard-expiry authority types are locally validated. No operational receipt or exceptional authority event is claimed.
Minors and dogfood
Coercion-resilient privacy uses no behavioral age inference. Dogfood remains blocked behind ten exact prerequisites.
Authoritative status
PASS_LOCAL_WIP_OPERATIONAL_GATES_OPEN. No deployment, production privacy, source authenticity, database staging, outside participation, governance ratification, review, or certification is claimed.
