DOC-069 connects source ancestry, infrastructure inventory, content-free receipts, authentic MATM boundaries, database self-installation, minors' confidential inquiry, hard-expiry authority, and judgment-free two-agent staging.

Executive result
Application privacy is locally implemented and tested. Twenty-one infrastructure layers are inventoried independently. External infrastructure, authentic MATM, MySQL/MariaDB, Passenger, and dogfood remain unobserved, not run, or blocked.
Evidence graph
Forty-eight propositions retain exact report locations, source ancestry, classification, bounded external support, limitations, missing evidence, correction, and supersession. One commissioned family is never counted as sixteen confirmations.
Receipt and logging architecture
Ten content-free receipt types describe lifecycle operations without query, prompt, message, memory, credential, or inferred-trait content. Reference templates minimize logs but are not represented as applied host configuration.
Database and MATM
The application manages only objects in an operator-created database. Migrations 0001–0003 remain pinned. Candidate MATM routes remain unauthenticated until exact source custody and suites pass.
Minors and anti-ratchet
Capability-specific age and identity functions remain separate. Hard-expiry controls refuse silent renewal and require attributable dismantling, rollback, correction, and invalidation.
Operational conclusion
The release remains WIP. No deployment, end-to-end privacy, outside adoption, governance ratification, or certification is claimed.
